Gardener's Notes: In a sunny spot, sow seed directly outdoors in very early spring in frost-free areas or after the last frost in colder areas. Water gently but thoroughly and be careful to keep soil moist until seedlings are well established. Additional watering is recommended for continued sequential bloom, especially in hot summer areas.
