Eruca sativa

With a nutty, peppery flavour arugula is a salad mix favourite. Fast growing and prolific, cut the greens 1″ above soil level to have them regrow up to three times. Preferring cooler conditions so for best results grow in the spring and fall – it can overwinter in a greenhouse or covered bed.
