The beans have a very refined flavour, and they are delicious raw, steamed, or pickled. This is a good bean for blanching and freezing, as well, and enjoying all winter. Ferrari bush bean seeds have a good potential for early starting under cloche protection, compact enough for container growing. Ferrari has a fabulous disease resistance package that leaves it resistant to Anthracnose and Bean Common Mosaic Virus, and tolerant to Cucumber Mosaic Virus.
