Tomato Costoluto Genovese International - Aimers Seeds

Solanum lycopersicum

Variety originated in Italy

Deep red, heavily ribbed somewhat flattened fruit to 200 g will not win a beauty contest. It is the delightfully tangy, richly flavoured taste that is a winner! Superb fresh, sauced, canned, juiced or preserved. Indeterminate growth. Matures in 90 days.

How to Grow

Start seed indoors in a soil-less mix 6-8 weeks before last frost. Grow on under lights before hardening off and transplanting to a sunny site outside after the danger of frost has passed. Seed typically sprouts in 5-10 days.

Planting Depth: 6 mm. Seed Spacing 7.5 cm. Transplant to: 90 cm. Row Width: 90 cm.

COMMENTS: Plants require sturdy support. Keep soil evenly moist – to help prevent foliar diseases, water the soil, not the leaves. Long harvest period.

Approx. 25 seeds/pkt
