Fruits of this variety are attractive, sweet and colorful – turning from canary yellow to orange when mature. The tapered fruits grow to about 6”(15cm) long. Excellent for pickling, frying. Salads and dips. Can be threaded on string and dried for a colorful ornament. Excellent source of vitamins A and C. Spiciest when red.
