  • known for its large, blue-green heads that are packed with nutrients and flavor.
  • cold-hardy plant that can be grown in a variety of climates and soil types.
  • mild, sweet flavor and a firm texture, making it perfect for stir-fries, salads, and other dishes where you want to add some texture.
  • produces a head 4-8" diameter, which holds for a long time. Also produces lateral buds for 6 to 8 weeks after harvest of the main head.
  • grow to a height of about 20 inches and form blue-green, medium to large heads on long stalks, a rarity amongst modern hybrids.
