Also referred to as Lima pepper and Limo. Aji translates to Pepper. The name is pronounced- ah-hee-lee-mo. Beautiful bright yellow tapers are an average of 2 inches long. The colour starts out green then ripens to yellow. The flavour has an intense spiciness with citrus overtones, with some definite heat. Used in salsa and makes a fine dried spice. The plants are very bushy and productive, growing well in pots, ready in 90 days.
