What to know to Plant & Grow:
Sowing: Sow seeds in a sunny site in successive crops every two weeks from April to August, as long as the weather is cool. Plant seeds 6 mm deep, with 2.5 cm spacing.
Care: Keep the soil evenly moist. Once established, thin plants to 10 cm apart in rows 45 cm wide. This is a cold-hardy plant that allows for harvests well into the fall.
Harvesting: Baby greens can be harvested when they reach 7.5-15 cm in height. For a continuous harvest, cut the outer leaves as needed. The plant matures in approximately 50 days.
Germination: Germination occurs in approximately 7-10 days.
