Long White Petiole Pak Choi. A rapidly maturing variety with heavy, uniform, celery-like stalks that are very tender and crisp. An excellent variety for use in salads and stir-fries.
Approx. 500 seeds
Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Pak choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6-13mm (1/4-1/2in) deep and 2.5cm (1in) apart in the row with the rows 45cm (18in) apart. For baby greens, thin to 10cm (4in) apart. For full sized plants thin to 30-45cm (12-18in) apart. For successive crops, sow seed every two weeks from mid-April to early July.
