Chenopodium giganteum

Also known as lamb’s quarters, these delicious edible green leaves grow with bright magenta tips and hearts. Best eaten fresh in salads or stirfrys when young, these plants can grow to over 2m tall with long seed stalks. This annual is easily self seeding, they will pop up again the next year if allowed to go to seed.
