Prolific crops of top quality, mini 'female' cues. Has good tolerance to powdery and downy mildew and cucumber mosaic virus. Ideal for producing reliable crops in the greenhouse.

Approx. 5 seeds

Sow: Indoors, February-May, 0.5cm (¼") deep, on edge, in small pots of compost. Water well and place in a warm position. A temperature of 20-25°C (68-77°F) is ideal. Keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 7-21 days. When plants have developed 3 or 4 leaves, transplant to 12cm (5”) pots and grow on in cooler, but not cold conditions. Plant out, April-June, to large pots, growing bags, or into fertile, well-drained soil in the greenhouse border. Harvest: July-October.

Bred to help reduce plant disease naturally: If you want to garden organically or use less chemicals, these modern disease-resistant varieties will help. Greatly reducing the need for chemicals, they give tasty crops from the garden.

Tip: Good companion plants are beans, tomatoes, corn plus marigolds and nasturtium, but not potatoes!
