Chamaemelum nobile

An easy to grow, hardy perennial plant with an abundance of attractive small daisy-like flowers. Used for soothing teas and traditional medicine. Use the flowers fresh or dried.

How To Grow	Sow 5mm (¼”) deep in flowering position. Keep moist. Thin out to 20cm (8”) apart when large enough to handle. Trim well each year. Seedlings emerge 14-21 days.
