Heuchera - Firefly

A vibrant evergreen Coral Bells selection, Heuchera ‘Firefly’ (also known as Leuchtkäfer) showcases scalloped lime-green leaves that form a compact mound about 12–18″ (30–45 cm) wide and 12″ (30 cm) tall. In early to mid-summer, tall wiry stems reach up to 20–24″ (50–60 cm), carrying nodding scarlet-red bell flowers that charm hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Hardy in zones 4–9, it thrives in full sun to part shade with average moisture and soil, and is noted for its moderate drought tolerance once established. A reliable performer, ‘Firefly’ is deer- and rabbit-resistant, attracts pollinators, and adapts effortlessly as border edging, groundcover, or container plant.
