Growing From Seed

Can be sown directly to the garden, however, for earlier flowers, sow seed indoors 4-6 weeks before final spring frost, 6mm (¼”) deep in fine, well drained seed compost.
Germination takes 7-14 days. Sow 2.5-5cm (1-2”) apart and thin to the strongest plants. If started indoors, harden off prior to transplanting after the final frost.
