Nicotiana Sylvestris

Bright green strap leaves support tall stems to an average height of 5 feet. The large white ball-shaped flowers start to bloom in mid-summer. They are famous for an enticing perfume released at dusk. We have also discovered this plant can overwinter in our coastal area with mulch protection. Very tiny seed is planted on the surface, barely covered with soil, indoors in early spring.
