This endangered picture-perfect slicer has dark shoulders and ruddy brown colouring. The average size is 3-4 inches across. An excellent keeper once picked, the green fruit collected at the end of the season ripen beautifully indoors. Ready in 75 days. One of the most unique flavours, with an exotic smoky taste.
