COLLARETTE - RHUBARB CUSTARD

Often simply called “Rhubarb Custard”, Dahlia ‘Rhubarb & Custard’ is a stunning collarette‑type dahlia that combines soft, peachy pink outer petals with a delicate creamy white inner “collar,” centring a cheerful yellow disc. The layered, painterly contrast gives it a charming, almost dessert‑inspired look—perfect in cottage beds, mixed borders, and cutting gardens. Plants are upright and moderately compact, often reaching heights of around 90 cm (≈ 3 ft) with a spread of about 60 cm, bearing multiple bloom flushes from midseason until frost.
