Curate a masterpiece of taste and texture with our Culinary Blend Chicory seedsThis colourful, eye-catching blend includes a variety of chicories—Batavian Endive, Red Verona, Treviso, and Sugar Loaf—offering a mix of leaf, round, and sugar-loaf head types. It’s a sophisticated collection that provides crunchy, succulent greens for a truly exquisite salad experience.

What you need to know to Plant & Grow:

This chicory blend thrives in cool weather and is best enjoyed when young.

Planting: Direct sow seeds in a sunny spot every two weeks from early spring to early summer, or sow later in summer for a fall crop. Sow seeds 6 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart.

Care: Once seedlings are established, thin them to a final spacing of 30 cm, with 45 cm between rows. Keep the soil evenly watered. The peak taste and texture are achieved when the leaves and stalks are young, so harvest them frequently.
