Artichoke - Jerusalem, 2 Pack

JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE

A remarkably easy‑to‑grow perennial vegetable, the Jerusalem artichoke (also called sunchoke, botanical name Helianthus tuberosus) offers tall sunflower‑like stalks and edible tubers that are harvested in late season. This 2‑pack of tubers is perfect for Canadian home gardens—including Victoria, BC—where it can thrive, produce year after year, and deliver a fresh alternative to potato‑type roots. The knobbly tubers are tasty either roasted, sautéed or eaten raw, and the plant is hardy, low‑maintenance and well‑suited to cool climates.
