What you need to know to Plant & Grow:

For a continuous harvest of these perfect baby beets, direct sow seeds in a sunny location every two weeks from early spring to early summer, or later in summer for a fall crop.

Planting: Plant seeds 1.25 cm deep and 2.5 cm apart. Germination typically occurs in 7-12 days.

Care: Once seedlings emerge, thin them to 7.5 cm apart. You can use the thinnings as a source of tasty baby greens. Beets make their best growth in rich, moist, sandy loam.
