Rhaphanus sativus

This heritage variety has rich, scarlet roots tipped with white. Crisp, mild, and surprisingly sweet. Radishes take very little room to grow and can be planted to mature during any cool season.

Growing Instructions:

Sow seeds every 2 weeks in early Spring or late Summer, as long as weather is cool, 1cm (1/2in) deep and 2.5cm (1in) apart in rows spaced 30cm (12in) apart. Keep soil evenly moist during germination and growth.
